DataPro Computers LLC, doing business as DataPro, designs and supports business and transportation technology, including TaxiMachine and related communications services. References to “DataPro,” “we,” or “our” in this policy mean DataPro Computers LLC.
For some services, DataPro handles information on behalf of a transportation company or another business customer. That customer may make its own decisions about the information it collects and may have an additional privacy notice.
Information covered by this policy
This policy applies to information handled through our public website, business communications, TaxiMachine services, and messaging integrations operated by DataPro.
Website information
Our public website does not provide a contact form and does not use third-party advertising or analytics tools. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may process basic request information such as an IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp, and security events.
Communications and support
When someone contacts us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or another supported channel, we may receive contact details, the content of the communication, attachments, and related service or delivery information.
Transportation and operational services
When a participating business uses TaxiMachine or a messaging integration, information may include passenger or customer contact details, pickup and destination information, requested dates and times, trip notes, message content, service status, and identifiers supplied by the communications provider. Users should provide only the information needed for the requested service.
How we use information
- Provide, route, maintain, and support requested services and communications.
- Respond to questions, service requests, and support issues.
- Operate transportation workflows for, or at the direction of, participating businesses.
- Secure our systems, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain reliability.
- Comply with contracts, applicable law, and valid legal requests.
- Improve services using appropriately limited operational information.
How information is shared
We may share information with the business responsible for the requested transportation or other service; vendors that provide hosting, cloud, communications, security, and support services; and government or legal authorities when required. WhatsApp communications are also processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, customer instructions, security, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Retention periods vary by information type and by the business for which DataPro operates a service.
Your choices and requests
Requests to access, correct, or delete information can be sent to support@dataprocomputers.com. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting. Instructions specific to deletion requests are available on our Data Deletion page.
If DataPro processes the information only on behalf of a transportation company or other customer, we may direct the request to that business or assist it in responding.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary messaging channels.
Children
Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
